Liz Edlic, Co-Founder/Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Liz Edlic brings an extensive career in financial management, capital sourcing and business development to the top post at OneWorldLive. A committed individual, Ms. Edlic is also recognized for her tireless efforts on behalf of causes nationwide, playing an instrumental role in the raising of millions for charities.

A seasoned executive, Ms. Edlic has consistently produced successful bottom line results and ascended to key positions with large corporate and not-for-profit organizations. Early in her career, as one of the top fundraisers at the American Heart Association, Ms. Edlic developed and cultivated Boards of prominent business leaders that helped her to raise millions of dollars for the organization. Ms. Edlic then joined Paine Webber Securities, where she became rookie of the year as a broker and went on to financial management and asset allocation functions for large institutions and high net-worth individuals. Fundamental to her success was Ms. Edlic's cultivation of relationships with top investment managers and funds, which led to her position as Managing Director for a wholly owned investment management subsidiary of Imperial Bank, Heritage Asset Management. While at Heritage, Ms. Edlic took the firm from $68 Million to $500 Million in assets under management during a three-year period. Ms. Edlic then advised and brokered the sale of Heritage Asset Management to a third party. As a private investment banker and strategic business consultant, Ms. Edlic advised and funded several successful ventures, including Mobile Storage Inc., Breath Assure, Six Day Bio-Diet, Aromatrim, Wareforce, and UBET, to name a few. Her services included forming proven management teams, positioning in the market, and devising exit strategies. Ms. Edlic's professional achievements also include lecturing at UCLA on the topics of market analysis, investment management and strategic business analysis.

An individual committed to making a difference in peoples' lives; throughout her own life Ms. Edlic has volunteered her time and resources to advance important causes. As a college student she worked with burn victims and developmentally disabled youth. She later raised $250,000 for the Multiple Sclerosis Research Center at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Ms. Edlic went on to be the fundraising and mission coordinator for Operation Smile, a Los Angeles non-profit organization that funds corrective surgery for children with facial deformities.

Rachel Edlich, President, Co-Founder

Rachel Edlich’s unique background in direct marketing primarily specializing in acquisition and retention of consumers through all national radio, infomercials, commercials, print, direct mail and electronic media has generated more than $200 million dollars in revenue. Her 10 year experience in managing both front end and “in box” advertising to consumers provides her with the knowledge necessary to implement a plan to migrate consumers from first day of purchase through their lifetime value. Ms. Edlich creates and manages multiple advertising campaigns for all OWL products including Distinction®, Ageless Woman®, Bob Proctors’ Power To Have It All^TM and Magical Egypt to name just a few. She also oversees all media purchasing, merchandising selection, product design/positioning, infomercial/commercial production and all back-end/continuity program sales.

Agnes Yang, Chief Financial Officer

Agnes Yang, CPA, comes to OneWorldLive with twenty years of diversified experience in corporate finance, M & A, SEC reporting, accounting, and business operations from various industries including high-tech manufacturing, wholesale distribution, import, public accounting and higher-education.

Ms. Yang holds a Master of Accountancy degree and a Master of Science degree in Speech Communication. During her career, she was able to improve company performance by bringing changes to business processes and workflow, deploying technology, strengthening the core business and the financial positions of the companies, and by keeping up with new development in the ever changing business world. She led the implementation of the Oracle ERP Applications to include Supply Chain Planning and a third party warehouse management system at one of her previous posts. She also managed multiple industrial real estate construction projects and purchases. Ms. Yang is very well respected by the local financial community for her ability and integrity. Her past industrial association includes Motorola, Nakamichi Peripheral, and Coaster Co. of America.
